Do you stay sore and tight after training? Is your physical therapy or other massage therapist not getting you results? Elongate your muscle and fascia and decompress your joints in this refreshing session that increases your range of motion and flexibility, while decreasing any discomfort or pain from a recent or chronic injury. Sessions is fully customized to each clients needs and different techniques are utilized depending upon how each client responds to treatment and what will work best given their history, body and circumstances. Our sports therapy and massage incorporates modalities such as Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Positional Release, Neuromuscular Integration, Structural Integration, cupping, IASTM, electro-magnetic energy, and fascial stretching. Each session is custom-designed to: Decrease inflammation Increase mobility/flexibility Enhance blood flow to promote healing Promote faster recovery Decrease muscle over-activation Eliminate muscle inhibition Correct structural/muscular symmetry
