Service Description
This session is where most people start when determining how best to build a functional fitness and strength training plan that is perfectly tailored to how your body moves and what your biggest weaknesses (weak links) are that need to be worked on immediately. This session covers different movement patterns and strength tests that will help us build a roadmap to build upon. Follow up sessions can be in-person training sessions or we can build you a training program that you do on your own and follow through the app, Bridge Builder.
