VO2Max, Metabolic, and Lactate Testing
VO2Max, RMR and Blood Lactate Testing for Personalized, Data-driven Fitness and Nutrition Planning

From this data we can identify areas in need of improvement and come up with informed strategies to make you successful. This efficiency at delivery and utilization at the muscle will allow you to more efficiently increase your strength, power, and endurance. We calculate your VO2max, which is an indicator of your fitness level.

Blood Lactate data tells us where your thresholds sit, which will further allow us to dial in your training thresholds for improve performance, reduced fatigue, and more intelligent training plans.
Metabolic testing is definitely not just for athletes. In fact, the data and insights provided from RMR and Fitness tests can give you a plan of attack for achieving your health and fitness goals that may have seemed impossible in the past.
