New to WREN's massage work? The Initial Massage Session starts with a proper intake — your history, what hurts, what you want from the work — then moves into a full treatment tailored to what we find. It is the right first visit if you are booking massage rather than a clinical assessment: stress, general tension, recovery, or simply figuring out which approach fits you. Massage sessions are hands-on massage therapy only. Cupping, gua sha, and other tool-based work are part of clinical care at WREN — if that's what you're after, book an Initial Clinical Assessment or a Clinical Treatment visit instead. You leave with a clear sense of how your body responds to the work and what to book next. WREN is a direct-pay practice; payment is due at the time of service, and a superbill is available on request.
