Service Description
Have you suffered from an accident? Experiencing chronic pain? Wear and tear from years of activity? Need relief from stress? A relaxing experience to unwind? A customized, therapeutic massage will focus specifically on improving range of motion of your joints, countering daily stressors, and releasing tissue (muscle and fascia) that restrict the body's natural movement or cause pain. In addition, we will take time to educate you about your body, including behaviors that may be contributing to your issues, and ways for you to counter those behaviors with self-care.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Our late cancellation fee is $75. Thank you for your understanding.
